Uji green tea from Kyoto's famous teahouse, Kyuemon Ito, is made into sake!
It is 9% and sweet, so I recommend it after dinner.
I liked it because I could feel the matcha 🍵.
A limited edition sake from the annual Saijo Sake Festival held at a sake brewery in Higashi-Hiroshima (Saijo).
It is a clear, dry sake that goes well with sashimi.
I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from a drinking session and saw a limited edition, so I bought it on the spur of the moment.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but it gives a full impression. Slightly dry and slightly light.
It certainly went well with the white bean paste that was recommended.
As the name suggests, it goes well with seafood, so we paired it with yellowtail sashimi. At 13% alcohol, it is easy to drink as a food wine.
It has a white wine-like flavor and goes well with dishes made with lemon.
