This is my first encounter with Kamigawa Taisetsu.
Slightly dry. The aroma is mild and the flavor of plump rice can be felt.
Not too heavy, not too light, perfect with meals. I became a fan.
As the waiter said, it is just like a white wine. It has a good balance of acidity and sweet-sourness.
I was used to Yamahai with a delicious mouthfeel, but this is just as good.
