I bought this at a local supermarket when I returned home. I like Ichinoya, but Daisekkei is one of my favorites.
This sake is made purely from Nagano rice and is very tasty. It's good for the cost ♫
I found this sake when I went to work in Ibaraki at the end of the year. It was a test brew for a newly launched brand. It has a grapefruit-like mouthfeel with a bitter aftertaste. It is a very easy to drink sake. It is said that it can be mixed with soda or something, but I think I would drink it all by itself.
I've never seen it here, so I'll have to buy some when I go to Ibaraki❗️.
Ichinoya-san is a sake brewery located in the shopping district near my parents' house. This is Hoshi Ichi Forest Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake, which is a little high at 17 degrees. The taste is rich and full in the mouth, and it is dry in the throat with a hint of alcohol coming out of the nose at the end. I can't go home because of Corona, but I'll have to buy some more next time I'm there!
Koueigiku's SNOW CRESCENT is a light unfiltered unpasteurized sake at 13%. The Ikumou I drank before was good, but this is also good.
I wonder if it's because it's only available once in a while that it tastes so good.
This is a Kiyo Nishiki from Machida Shuzo, which we bought for home drinking. It's a freshly pressed, unpasteurized Aruzoe. It's not sold in most of Tokyo, but I found it by chance. It's a really great value for money 👍 I'm convinced that a proper aluzoe is delicious. I think I'll go back to buy more. If there are any left...
The last one is Banshu Ichiken Junmai Nama Genshu. It is said that this sake is made from the local rice called Hyogo Kitanishiki. You can see it on the HP of the brewery, but it's really melon❗️Please try it!
It's been a while since I've gotten my hands on this Shinsei Yono Tori. This flavor is unmistakable ♫.
Fruity, sweet and sour, and a little bitterness.
The perfect balance is wonderful.
I've had the Mikotsuru 2020 Yamaenishiki before and it was very good, but I found its 2021ver❗️I bought it immediately.
This year's Mikotsuru Yamaenishiki Junmai Ginjo is also ◎.
It is a very good wine. (I'm sure you'll like it.)
