Eiko-Fuji after a long time. When I see this label, I just can't resist buying it! The flavor of Aizan rice comes to the forefront and spreads in the mouth along with the acidity. Mmmm, delicious ♫ The taste is not too sweet and goes down the throat nicely. I'm sure this one will be gone soon too.

I opened a bottle of Hitogokochi Jungin that I had bought along with the Kinmonn Nishiki the other day. The Mikotsuru character remains the same. I think this one is darker and drier. If you like dry sake, this one may suit your palate. Both are still delicious, though.

Spring Amami, here we come again this year ♫ The sizzling sound when the bottle is opened is already the same as usual. It makes me want to drink it. The rest of the bottle is slowly being savored and chewed so that it doesn't run out too soon ♫ The sweet and sour taste is also as usual. Definitely a bottle that calls for the arrival of spring❗️ Thank you again this year😊

Following the previous Snow, this time I got Anastasia Green. It is also low-alcohol. The taste is different from the gorgeousness of Snow. It is citrusy sweet and sour, and the taste goes straight down your throat. The bitterness is almost imperceptible and sits in the belly. Anyway, it is easy to drink and delicious ♫ Kouei chrysanthemum, there is no hassle *\(^o^)/*.

The sake is brewed with Kawazu-zakura yeast from a park in Matsuda-cho, where the brewery is located, and with water and rice produced in the prefecture. The pink bottle and design is very spring-like ♫ It has a sweet mouthfeel and a slightly dry throat. It is sweet on the palate and slightly dry on the throat, and goes down smoothly. I always stop by the brewery when I visit that area, and I am always grateful for the delicious sake ❗️.

Last weekend, on my way back home, I stopped by Suwa and bought it at the brewery. I bought one for myself while buying a souvenir for my business trip to the U.S. next week. This is my first time drinking Kinmon-nishiki sake and it is very tasty ♫ I can't go wrong with any Mikotsuru!

This is also my favorite, Sai Lai. This is the first time I have had this special Junmai. It has the same fresh mouthfeel as always, which is great.

I bought this at a local supermarket when I returned home. I like Ichinoya, but Daisekkei is one of my favorites. This sake is made purely from Nagano rice and is very tasty. It's good for the cost ♫

I found this sake when I went to work in Ibaraki at the end of the year. It was a test brew for a newly launched brand. It has a grapefruit-like mouthfeel with a bitter aftertaste. It is a very easy to drink sake. It is said that it can be mixed with soda or something, but I think I would drink it all by itself. I've never seen it here, so I'll have to buy some when I go to Ibaraki❗️.

Ichinoya-san is a sake brewery located in the shopping district near my parents' house. This is Hoshi Ichi Forest Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake, which is a little high at 17 degrees. The taste is rich and full in the mouth, and it is dry in the throat with a hint of alcohol coming out of the nose at the end. I can't go home because of Corona, but I'll have to buy some more next time I'm there!

Koueigiku's SNOW CRESCENT is a light unfiltered unpasteurized sake at 13%. The Ikumou I drank before was good, but this is also good. I wonder if it's because it's only available once in a while that it tastes so good.

This is a Kiyo Nishiki from Machida Shuzo, which we bought for home drinking. It's a freshly pressed, unpasteurized Aruzoe. It's not sold in most of Tokyo, but I found it by chance. It's a really great value for money 👍 I'm convinced that a proper aluzoe is delicious. I think I'll go back to buy more. If there are any left...

The last one is Banshu Ichiken Junmai Nama Genshu. It is said that this sake is made from the local rice called Hyogo Kitanishiki. You can see it on the HP of the brewery, but it's really melon❗️Please try it!
