All I had in my head was this symbol I saw in something, and when I found it for sale ❗️ I immediately bought it.
I immediately opened the package and tasted it.
The sweet and sour taste in the mouth was very good, and the alcohol taste that came out of the nose afterwards was very aromatic.
There was a slight spiciness that lingered on the tongue, and it was refreshing to drink.
This brewery seems to have just started up, so we have high expectations for the future.
This is a limited edition sake made in collaboration with Hachinohe Hachishoku Center.
It is a 13% low-alcohol sake, just like To Kai No. 9 and Yaomori Terroir.
It has a fruity, muscat-like mouthfeel, but the flavor is mellow and umami expands in the mouth.
Like the two previous wines, it is very easy to drink and delicious, so be careful not to drink too much lol.
This is a new brand from the Hirosaki Rokka Sake Brewery, which is well known for its jyokobari. It is a new brand brewed at the time of the relocation of the brewery to the foot of Mt.
It is a slightly dry and flavorful sake with a fruity taste.
I have a feeling it will become a national brand. ‼️
I had seen it several times before, but this was my first purchase.
It has a refreshing ginjo-shu flavor with almost no alcohol taste, which is common with aluzoe sake.
The slightly dry mouthfeel and clean taste make it a good match for a variety of food.
I paired it with Aomori's taste, stir-fried vegetables with Gen-tare sauce and sashimi of Akinatai fish🎶.
On my way home from a trip back to Japan, I stopped by a sake brewery in Suwa and purchased this sake. I often drink Honkin, but this is my first time drinking this sake.
It is slightly low in alcohol content at 14%, and I think this may be the reason it is an easy-drinking sake.
It has a refreshing taste.
It is reasonably priced and seems to be just right for everyday drinking.
Purchased at Yokogawa Shoten in Omachi City. The owner said that this year's crop hardly blows at all. He said there was only one customer who said it blew.
True to his word, we opened the bottle without incident, although it was cold for a moment.
It has a fresh mouthfeel, but it also has a shwashy feeling, and a dry, clean mouthfeel.
Well, it is delicious. After taking it into the mouth, it easily goes down the throat.
It is my favorite type of sake.
I got it in Hachinohe, where I was on a business trip. I took it back to my hotel and drank it in my room. I have the impression that most alcohol made with wine yeast is relatively sweet, but this one is a bit dry.
When drunk chilled, it has a crisp and refreshing taste. It is a sake that goes well with the seafood of Sanriku!
I came to Hachinohe on a business trip and bought this at a place called Hachishoku Center. The liquor store in the center has a wide selection of Aomori sake. The Hachinohe sake brewery's Mutsu Hachisen, Towada's Hato Masamune, and many others were on my mind.
Among them, I selected this sake from Toyobai.
It is a sake made with Association No. 8 yeast. I first had it at room temperature before chilling it.
The aroma rising from the glass alone is intoxicating.
It had a slightly sweet mouthfeel, melon aroma, and a slightly spicy taste that went down my throat and settled in my stomach❗️.
It goes well with fried octopus landed in Hachinohe ❗️.
Fudo's Summer Sake looks fresh.
When you actually try it, you will find that it has a nice mouthfeel and goes down your throat, making you drink more and more of it!
(Some say it always does...).
Kangiku and Fudo, Chiba's sake are not to be underestimated 🍶.
The second cup was the brewery's namesake, Toyosawa 70, a 70% pure rice polish. It is a little darker and more robust than the Mujyo-hai, but has a refreshing taste, just like a summer sake. It goes well with the lightly flavored kisuten and anago-ten (sea eel tempura), as well as the earlier one!
I don't think I'll be able to stop.
Whenever I travel to Osaka on business, I always stay in Tennoji. When I do, I always visit Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery's directly-managed store in the station building at least once. I am glad that I can have a quick drink standing there.
This time, I had the summer Mujo Sake. It was refreshing and a bit dry, but I could drink it as much as I wanted. You rarely see this brewery's sake in Tokyo, so it is a rare treat when visiting Osaka🎶.
This is the first Hana Yuu Jungin Omachi.
I went to Koyama Shoten for the first time in a long time and found a Shigou bottle, which I bought immediately. I remember that they originally only had 1 sho bottle, and only for a short time during last year's lockdown, they sold it in shugou bottles.
I had a bottle of Ryoseki's Suitama a long time ago, but I don't remember much about it, so I can't compare the two lol.
I think this one has a strong rice flavor. I didn't read that it was supposed to be chilled moderately, but I chilled it so hard that I'll have to try it a little cold next time!
This is a low-alcohol model of Suwa's Honkin.
It has a distinctive apple-like flavor and acidity🎶.
It is easy to drink, so even those who are not good at sake will drink it. Please give it a try!
Blue Sapphire, also from the Kangiku Meizou Discovery series, is a jun-daigin.
This one stands out for its gorgeousness and flavor, just like the Jun Daigin.
I might buy the other two...
This is one of Kangiku's discovery series of unfiltered unpasteurized sake. It is made from Koshihikari rice grown in Chiba Prefecture. Why is it so refreshing even though it is 90% polished rice?
It is an adventurous sake, but definitely delicious 😋.
