Unfiltered raw sake. When it was first opened, it had a slight carbonation taste that sizzled in the mouth for a moment, and then the juicy taste spread out. I personally didn't feel it was gorgeous, but it has a clean aftertaste, so it's easy to drink and would be good as a food sake. She had a solid impression!

Warmed. It's been a while since I've had a heated sake that made me numb. It's a little mellow at room temperature, but as soon as it's heated up It goes down your throat smoothly and you can taste the rice flavor. I love it.
