A melon fruity taste.
It was a gorgeous sake, not like Niigata.
I drank it a while ago, so my memory is a little hazy, but I don't think it tasted all that different a while after opening!
At the event. The slight floral aroma is dancing with the words "20 kinds of flower yeast" .....
It's not spectacular, but it has a gentle taste like being in a peaceful flower garden, with a slight taste of rice at the end.
The taste is impressive and a little different from other sake I've had.
Sweet. Spring is in full bloom. It's easy to drink, so if I were to recommend it to a sake beginner, I'd probably go for the Tasake first... I was able to reconfirm it. It was delicious!
It's a noble sake, so I thought it would be more aggressive. .... Unexpected sweetness! And the spark isn't too tight, so it's like champagne. .....
This is my favorite sake of all the Shinsei I've had, and it's a good match for the Flax Cat. I'm glad I gave it a shot.
I want to compete again next time.
Definitely cold sake. It's fruity, but I think I understand why it has a bit of bitterness... But there's no sweetness that lingers, so it's easy to drink.
It was fruity and a little carbonated.
It's not too sweet, and it seems to be popular with everyone.
After all, it is an honorable student. It was easy to drink!
