It has the refreshing feel of a Junmai Daiginjo. It is quite relatively sweet. The aftertaste is sharp, perhaps thanks to the daiginjo, and the sweetness does not remain too much in the mouth. However, as a lover of dry sake, a little sweetness remains in the mouth.

Purchased at Shinano-ya in Musashi Koyama. Shizenshu. It has a light green color. It seems to be marketed as natural. There is a bitter taste of rice at first. at first. Then bitterness and sweetness. I think it's a bit harsh...not as clean as it should be💦. I'm a dry taste person, so this might not be my cup of tea 😭.

Purchased at Shinano-ya in Musashi Koyama. Sweetness, fluffiness, and the taste of rice. It disappears little by little and leaves a lingering taste. It's inexpensive for a bottle, so it's my go-to sake✨. They used to change the Junmai Daiginjo, but it doesn't seem to come in these days... 😢.

On the Tsubasa bullet train from Yamagata station to Tokyo station. It's 50% rice, so you can taste the sweetness of the rice with a clean aftertaste! I thought 1600 yen for 750cc was cheap. Purchased at a souvenir shop near the Zao Onsen bus terminal. I bought it because of its similar name to Oze no Yukidoke, and it was a winner✨.

I bought it at the Isego main store. Because there were only two bottles left, I wanted to buy two bottles unintentionally. As always, it's delicious. The sweetness of the rice spreads to your mouth with a solid fluff at first, and then it just disappears! The best!

Pure Black. Turquoise blue has drunk it before. It buys it for 1690 yen in Tokyu underground shopping mall in Shibuya. Fruity sweetness → refreshing. Easy to drink because it doesn't leave any aftertaste〜!

Aged sweetness! But it doesn't linger in the mouth and disappears quickly, so it's easy to drink! I've heard that hiyaoroshi is sweet, so I thought it might be too sweet for me, but it's easy to drink. It was delicious!
