It has the refreshing feel of a Junmai Daiginjo.
It is quite relatively sweet. The aftertaste is sharp, perhaps thanks to the daiginjo, and the sweetness does not remain too much in the mouth.
However, as a lover of dry sake, a little sweetness remains in the mouth.
