Purchased at Shinano-ya in Musashi Koyama. Sweetness, fluffiness, and the taste of rice. It disappears little by little and leaves a lingering taste. It's inexpensive for a bottle, so it's my go-to sake✨.
They used to change the Junmai Daiginjo, but it doesn't seem to come in these days... 😢.
