Purchased at Shinano-ya in Musashi Koyama.
Shizenshu. It has a light green color. It seems to be marketed as natural.
There is a bitter taste of rice at first. at first. Then bitterness and sweetness. I think it's a bit harsh...not as clean as it should be💦.
I'm a dry taste person, so this might not be my cup of tea 😭.
