The way you couldn't decide what to make for your first meal. This is delicious!!!!! Gorgeous, good crispness, slight carbonation, a nice balance. You'd think the +8 sake content would be crisp, but it's not. It has its own unique character, but I am sure it will appeal to everyone. It's delicious. It goes down smoothly on the tongue and down the throat, yet it's 17.8% alcohol by volume. The unfiltered sake is rich and full of character, which I really like.

I was drawn to the label that anticipates fall... It's not too sweet and has just the right amount of acidity. I wonder if this is what it means to have a beautiful quality of drink. Autumn has come, and though our eyes cannot see the lightest of lights, the sound of the wind will not surprise us. It's so cool that you want to write a poem about it. I opened a bottle of Miya-Spring a few days ago, yum! ♡ I prefer it to the Junmai Ginjo of the Collage 😋 I wonder if Fukunoka🌾 is delicious. You can feel the flavor of the rice. It has a sour taste to it. If it's as good as this, I'll be interested in the junmai sake with the scent of Yume no Kaori.

Shu Label Chukumi Ummmmmmm...!!! (°°) Red label using Akaban Omachi rice. It is delicious. I can't express "Omachi" except wow! I really like it. Rich, gorgeous, fruity. Not too sweet. I got the same Shu label Nigori before this. But the Nigori was still too sweet for my liking, so I didn't even post it (*´-`). We've compared drinks, and they taste so different! Sake is amazing.

Oo's Yellow Label🍋 that I learned about at Sakenoowa I was so curious about it that I ordered it from the online shop. Ooooh, horse! (*sigh*) It's 65% polished rice, with a great balance of low flavor and mellowness. This is so delicious~♡ I sip because it's good. Ah, commoners😆 I bought two types of odomachi too, so I'm really looking forward to it

Instrument Masamune. Your first! Why is sake from Fukushima really so delicious... ♡ A little bit of crunch and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It's really a very good price - not 1,200 yen for a quadruple bottle (*sigh*).

Junmai The sixth and last drink of the day. It was a good easy drink to finish. It was delicious handsome (I can't remember the details. LOL) Comparison of drinks, all 90ml in half size. We enjoyed a lot of Fukushima sake. It was great.

Hitsuki Daiginjo Third drink comparison It's a rare occasion to have a drink that you can't normally have I love Tobiroki. I love the name more than anything else, handsome. Huh? Is that cold? Kutsuo Special Junmai Non-Filtered Raw Sake - Asahinomou We've been waiting for the new product from Amataka Shuzo's challenge project, 'Kutsuo'! The method and rice used is changed every time. This time it's a special junmai sake made with Asahinoyume rice grown by Amataka. It's a 50% polished rice, Daiginjo class. It's less than 1,300 yen for a four-part bottle. Cheap. The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the deliciousness of the rice. It's purely dry and crisp. I love the high alcohol content feeling that goes through the nose. The label is nice, the taste is delicious, and I'm looking forward to the next one (*sigh*).

Matsunotobuki Junmai-Ginjo unfiltered raw sake Yummy handsome. Omachi's gooey texture and unfiltered raw sake. I cannot get enough of it. I compared it with the Hirotogawa Omachi Junmai Ginjo, but I can't decide which one to drink. Both are very good. After all Omachi rice has a thick and peculiar flavor. The label is sober and I like it. I became a fan of Matsunotobuki.

Hourai Junmai Daiginjojojo It is a limited quantity product for guests of the brewery and is usually not for sale. 1,490 yen plus tax for a 1,490 yen bottle The original price is 2980 yen plus tax, but it was on display at a liquor store for half price because it's a seasonal product. Maybe because it's marked warmed sake plus it's made in November 2019? It tastes....so good...so good...! I haven't had it warmed up yet, though. It has a slight crispness and flavor that spreads when it's cold. I was looking for a bottle of sake to keep at room temperature for warming up and I came across an unexpected jackpot. This is the kind of sake I would buy even if it wasn't at this price 👏 Buy another one 😆😆

Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Akaiwa Omachi Yummmm (*⁰⁰⁰⁰*) Thick! The power of a male town? ♡ The taste can be enjoyed by itself as a snack. It's really good, this is a strong statement. I had a senior who loves potato shochu (Japanese liquor) choose it for me on a hunch. I was curious about it, and it's from Fukushima prefecture. It's as good as it sounds. It's a brewery in Ten'ei village, isn't it? A friend I made on the first day of college was from Ten'ei village. Nostalgia as an appetizer. It is even more delicious. It is a little sad (*ω*)

Momokawa Ichiban Shibori Junmai Sake Umahaaaa! I bought this saké at a discount store for a very cheap price. It's recommended for cold sake, but it's also great at room temperature! . The bottle's blue color is beautiful and summery, and it was a very good buy. It's delicious and I'm already about 30% of the way through.

Hiryu Junmai Daiginjo Shinzawa Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, famous for Hakurakusei and Atago-no-Matsu, made a new brand of beer using morning sunlight from Okayama Prefecture. A small congratulations to his father, who is from Okayama Prefecture and has lived in Miyagi Prefecture for years. The pictures are still wrapped up, too, lol. I'm celebrating, but I also sipped on a handsome man's handiwork. Oh, it's good. That's it. There are no traces of any other flavor and it is already water. It doesn't have any peculiarity and it is easy to drink even for people who don't usually drink sake. It's a true daiginjo. I think it was a little over 1500 yen for 720 ml. The liquor store was bustling with Father's Day celebrations over the weekend - dust 🤗
