This sake is sold exclusively at Suehiro Sake Brewery in Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture. A sake shop in my neighborhood is a contract sake store, so they sell this sake only during this season. I drank it for the first time last year and it is really delicious sake. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and lingering aftertaste are all well balanced, making it one of my personal favorites. It is one of my top favorite sake, and because of its lack of peculiarities, for some reason I can't stop drinking it. The name "Tsubouchu Haru" means "spring in a pot, another world away from the mundane world," and it definitely puts you in a good mood and makes you forget about the mundane world.

It is a delicious sake with a sour taste and fruity aroma. Drunken Whale and Tosatsuru are well-known sake from Kochi, but this was my first encounter with them. Bikuyu means a man with good looks, right? I felt the sake had a delicate male gentleness, rather than a martial quality. The acidity of the sake was well balanced.

I used to go to Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, often for work. But I am ashamed to say that I did not know about Yukikomachi. It was a delicious dry sake with a nice aroma. The freshness of the sake is also good. I didn't feel the strength of the alcohol that is unique to nama-shu. I would like to drink it again in my hometown when I visit Koriyama.

I once heard that really good sake is sweet. I don't know if the reason is true or not, but people think vegetables and fruits taste better when the ingredients themselves are sweet, so it is difficult to produce sweetness with just rice, water, and koji, and sweet sake that makes you feel sweetness is really good sake. When I saw this label, I remembered this story. Then I decided to enjoy the sweet taste and drank it. In my opinion, the sweetness of doburoku is a bit different from that of sweet sake, and although Uwazumi is really sweet, I thought it was a bit too much if you ask me if it is delicious. I like sweet sake, but I was reminded that a clear sweet sake suits me better.

Sorry, I did not know this sake. I bought it because it had first appeared at a local liquor store. The brewery is called Nanbu Shuzojo in Ono City, Fukui Prefecture, and they make sake that focuses on junmai sake. Fukui is famous for Kuroryu and Bon, but this was a new encounter. The first sip was not that impressive, but as I continued drinking, it was delicious.

Suehiro Sake Brewery has a sake called Tsubochu Haru for a specific liquor store, and I have been a fan of their sake since I bought this at a local liquor store. I happened to find Suehiro at another store and immediately purchased it. I know that everyone has their own way of feeling the taste of sake, but I think Suehiro is a sake that suits me very well. It is really delicious. The aroma, mouthfeel, taste, and aftertaste are all wonderful. The best balance is what I would call it. I finished the entire four-pack in one go. I have not been to Aizu for a long time, but when I go there, I will definitely visit Tsurugajo castle, and I would like to visit Suehiro Sake Brewery next time. I highly recommend this sake to everyone at Sake-no-Wa.

On my way back from a sightseeing trip to Yorii, I bought some local sake from Fukaya City at Hanazono Roadside Station. It had a soft taste and was light to drink. It is not a strong sake, but it is delicious. Fukaya is famous for its green onions. It would be even better with grilled green onions.

Kawaguchi sake at the local products section in Kawaguchi? I bought it because it was rare. I was told that some sake rice produced in Kawaguchi is used, but the brewery was Kamaya in Kazo. Kamaya is a historical sake brewery in Saitama that brews sake for wrestlers and other wrestlers. The aroma was not that strong, but the sake was refreshing and easy to drink. I found out that there is no sake brewery in Kawaguchi.

The complexity of the unique flavor of the sake yeast is indescribably delicious. The Daishichi Shuzo brewery is located in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. I remember going to Take Onsen hot spring when I was a student in Nihonmatsu City. When I was a student, I did not understand the true taste of sake and drank it foolishly. It is nice to drink sake with those memories. I sipped my sake while thinking about how I have become an old man.

I traveled to Gunma and Niigata for one night and two days in GW and stopped at a roadside station in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture. MUJI and the local Matsunoi Sake Brewery jointly produced this sake, which is brewed with Koshihikari rice instead of sake rice. The sake is said to be an effort to add value to the rice produced in the terraced rice paddies in the Matsudai area of Tokamachi City, with the aim of promoting the use of rice and supporting the producers. It has just been on sale since this past GW and I happened to come across it there. It is also sold at 9 MUJI stores nationwide in limited quantities. It was a delicious sake with a much less acidic taste and was easy to drink, in a good way, without any habits. It is said that rice rice has a smaller heart white than sake rice and has more starch layer on its surface, which causes a tangy taste. As I said, Niigata's sake is of a high level. There are many sake that I have yet to try, and I am looking forward to encountering new ones.

I traveled to Gunma and Niigata for one night and two days during GW. In Gunma, I purchased a bottle of skunk cabbage from the historic Nagai Sake Brewery. It was a really delicious sake, with a clean and tasteless taste. Perhaps because it is based on natural water from Oze, the sake is like crystal clear water. The foot of Mt. Muson is rich in nature, isn't it? I would like to visit the roadside station in Kawaba again.

It has a freshness that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can have. The first sip had a strong acidity, but as I continued drinking, the sweetness became more pronounced. It is a delicious sake. It is a sake brewery in Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture, isn't it? I like Kitakata ramen and often went to Kitakata, but I am sorry to say that I did not know about Yumeshin Sake Brewery. I have not been to Kitakata for a long time, but next time I go to Kitakata, I would like to visit Makoto Shokudo and Yumeshin Brewery.

Because nigori sake is fermented and the fermented gases are sealed in and the sake is not heated, it continues to ferment and has a full aroma and a slightly carbonated mouthfeel, which is very different from sake that is refreshing. The flavor and sweetness of the sake rice can be felt, which is unique to nigori sake. Fukumitsuya is a sake brewery in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, and you have various brands such as Kagatobi. It would be even better if paired with delicious snacks at a ryotei restaurant in Kanazawa.

I drank it last week at the store for the first time in a long time, and oh! I thought it was still delicious, so I bought some for drinking at home. Kuroryu is Fukui's representative sake, isn't it? If you say "Fukui sake," Kuroryu is the first sake that comes to mind. The ginjo aroma is not too strong, but very pleasant and just right. I also like the clean aftertaste. I have never been to Eiheiji Temple, so I would like to visit there and enjoy a local meal with a glass of Kuroryu.

I drank the most popular recent crop. It was recommended to me at a restaurant once before. It is also popular at Sake-no-wa, isn't it? The fruity aroma that passes through your nose the moment you take a sip, and the clean, refreshing taste is really delicious. One sip and you can tell that it is a refined sake. This sake is sure to be popular. Actually, I used to go to Suzuka a lot in the past, but I had no idea. I don't think there are many places in Mie Prefecture that come to mind when I think of sake, but recently there have been some famous sake brands such as Saku and Jikin that have been attracting a lot of attention. I wanted to try other sake breweries in Mie Prefecture.

It has been a long time since I drank drunken whale. It is quite easy to find in the Kanto area, so I thought I could drink it anytime I wanted, but I never got around to it. It is famous as a food sake to be paired with tasty Kochi snacks. It is easy to drink, has a nice aroma but not too strong, and I guess this is what makes a good food sake. The story of how it got the name Drunken Whale from Yodo Yamauchi, a lord of the Tosa domain who called himself the "Marquis of Whale and Sea Drunkenness," is amazing. I remember reading Ryoma Goes to Kochi when I was a student and thinking about Kochi.

I was impressed by the sweet aroma of the first sip, and wondered if this was the mellow aroma of the bag suspension process. What a time-consuming and luxurious method to bottle the drops after suspending the moromi in a bag. It was truly delicious. It was a delicious sake from Daisen City, Akita Prefecture. All of Akita's sake is delicious.

It's a representative sake of Yamanashi, Hakushu, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Suntory Hakushu Distillery is also located nearby. Yes, Hakushu is famous for its famous water. It is said that the taste of water accounts for a significant portion of the taste of sake. This sake was truly delicious, with a clean, refreshing taste, mellow aroma, and a smooth aftertaste. The sake brewery is also a tourist attraction in Hokuto City. When I visited before Corona, it was too crowded and I gave up, but they were offering a drink comparison, so I would like to try it next time.

Kumamoto is famous for its rice shochu, and I am ashamed to admit that I did not know any sake. I had not seen much Kumamoto sake in the Kanto region. I happened to be in a supermarket where I saw a label with a Kumamon front and had my first taste of Kumamoto sake. It is a delicious sweet sake. It does not have many peculiarities. I thought rice shochu would be the best match for spicy lotus root, but I guess it would also be the best match for Chiyono-en.

This was the first time I drank Senkin, which is popular at Sakewa. The aroma through my nose was fruity, which I did not expect from sake. It has a strong flavor with no cloying taste, which is a type of sake that is not often found in Japan. Sake with little tang is often drunk like water, but this is a sake to be savored and drunk with pleasure. The alcohol content of 15 degrees Celsius is low for a draft sake. This may also make it easy to drink. It is really delicious, and I can understand why it is so highly rated by everyone.
