I drank it last week at the store for the first time in a long time, and oh! I thought it was still delicious, so I bought some for drinking at home.
Kuroryu is Fukui's representative sake, isn't it? If you say "Fukui sake," Kuroryu is the first sake that comes to mind.
The ginjo aroma is not too strong, but very pleasant and just right. I also like the clean aftertaste. I have never been to Eiheiji Temple, so I would like to visit there and enjoy a local meal with a glass of Kuroryu.
