I bought this alcohol last September. I forgot to drink it and it had been resting in the refrigerator for 8 months. It doesn't have the refreshing feeling of hiyaoroshi, but it is very easy to drink.
That was really good. Maruyama Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Fukaya City, founded in 1896.

I received this as a birthday present.
Orihoshi is a sake that Shinjou-san used to drink and I was curious about it.
It has a slightly peculiar aroma. I guess it's a refreshing food sake type. It also has a refreshing coolness. The last part of the bottle also has a unique habit. It seems to be a type of sake, but there is no other type.
There is a slight off-flavor like disinfectant 🤔.
Happy birthday to bouken 🎉!
I don't know any sake in Saitama except for the famous Hanayo and Sairai 🫠.
If I have a chance in the future, I would like to do a sake tour in Saitama 🛫.
Mr. bouken
Hello 🎉
Congratulations on your birth 🎉
I've never seen a weaver before😳
I saw your posting date, bouken, and I see that you have an almost constant 🤩 drinking day and a rest day on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday? Awesome!
Thank you superbebe 🙇.
Yes, Hanayo and Sairai are famous, but there are many sake that don't go out of the prefecture 🤔I think a sake trip 🛫 in Saitama would be a good idea 🤗.
Thank you Kojo 😊
I found out about Oribe from Shinjo's post 😁.
I've been told that even if I rest my liver, it doesn't matter because I drink too much on the days I do drink. I've been told that 🙄.
Happy birthday, bouken 🎂!
Orihoshi, I've never heard of it before 😳I've also seen your post on Shinjou, is it quite a connoisseur or a request to choose this sake as a birthday present 🤔!
Good evening.
What a reluctant birthday present!
I am a Saitama everyday sake fan and Maruyama Sake Brewery is also my favorite!
I'm sure it's not easy to buy sake for yourself, and I'm grateful for that!
Good evening, bouken 😃.
Happy Birthday 🎂🎉You know what I'm talking about 😁... 🤗
Orihoshi! I see you are a brewery in Fukaya city😊I would love to drink it with some grilled Fukaya leeks 😋.
bouken, 🎂Happy Birthday to you 🥳1 good 2 Japan 4 Shu! I'm glad you got the sake you were interested in 🤗It's similar to Obi's "kaneta" Wakakoma's "kaneta◯" 🤔Saitama Sake Trip🛫I hope it comes true!
Thank you Jay & Nobby 🙇.
I had some requests, but you made an exquisite choice 😁.
I like the Fukaya leeks - grilled leeks would go well with this drink 😋.
Thank you Kotori 😊
My real birthday is January 10, but it's 110🚔 day 😁It sure looks like Kanetamaru 🤔I've only been to Omiya and Tokorozawa when I wasn't interested in sake, so I'd like to revisit!
Good evening, bouken. What a nice friend to give you a gift of sake that you wouldn't buy yourself💕If you are a sake drinker, this sake is hard to get 🤔Happy Birthday 🎂🎉.
Good evening, bouken preacher 🌇.
I know I'm late, but happy birthday 🎂🎁🎉.
I didn't know about this sake, but I'm sure it tastes just as good as the preacher's.
I'll have to find somewhere that sells it...
The ripeness or the flavor is very strong.
A perfect accompaniment to a leisurely autumnal meal.
It is better when heated, of course, but in the good sense of the word, it's a normal one.
Kawagoe City is still overwhelming...
The kura-zukuri (warehouses) in the streets are unreal!
And then there was Suzuya, the restaurant where Kazuhiko Ota went!
The building also had a real residential feel to it, which was wonderful!
There was a candy store on the way there, and I saw children running into the store while screaming!
I was thinking that children are still the same, but the timing was so perfect that I wondered if it was a setup. I wondered if it was a setup.
Hi...
This is a great local sake!
The great thing about Kurari is that you can drink this kind of thing too!
Kawagoe is just too awesome!
But be careful, if you are a strong drinker, you are in danger of zapping your money at Kurari!
Shinjou-san, the sentiment of the candy shop is so great that you would think it was made up 👍.
Kawagoe has a deep townscape, from the Edo feeling of its warehouses to the Western-style architecture.
I visit there often, too, and it is very deep.
This time, I was blessed with everything(s).
Thanks to oversleeping the train transfer, I was even able to make the decision to go to Ogawa-machi!
I was in Kawagoe for 2 hours, but it was too short, so I had to spend a whole day or go there several times to understand at all.
The aroma is subdued, but has a hint of junmai-shu. The mouthfeel is light. The taste is watery on the tip of the tongue, but the umami is felt in the middle of the tongue, and after passing through the throat, the lingering taste of rice can be felt for a few seconds around the upper jaw, and then it gradually disappears.
On my way back from a sightseeing trip to Yorii, I bought some local sake from Fukaya City at Hanazono Roadside Station.
It had a soft taste and was light to drink. It is not a strong sake, but it is delicious.
Fukaya is famous for its green onions. It would be even better with grilled green onions.
