Hidakami弥助 芳醇辛口 純米吟醸

This is the first Hidakami I've had at home.
I had it for the first time in a long time at the Salmon Lab's 10th anniversary celebration, and it was so delicious that I bought it myself!
The taste is dry, with little sweetness, but the umami of the rice is still there, and it really goes well with fish. I would buy it again!
It is more of a classic sake, so I would recommend it to those who have had some sake before, or those who expect this kind of taste from sake, rather than beginners.
