The final installment of Imadeya's hanpukai. The sake is Hououmida by Kobayashi Shuzoten.
It is an assemblage sake, so the flavors are very cohesive and the Hououmida-like sweetness stands out.
Since it is hi-iru, it has a mild mouthfeel and gives the impression of a beautiful sweet sake.
I would like to open the second bottle a little later.
