I had this sake at a sake home drinking party with friends.
It is a very easy-drinking sake, with a nice freshness.
It is not a sweet sake, but rather a dry sake with a refreshing taste rather than a dry sake with a delicious taste. It is not sweet, but it may be dry with a crisp taste rather than dry with the delicious taste of sake.
The reason why Senkyoku and Hououmida, which are relatively sweeter, have this flavor may be due to the characteristics of this Aikoku rice.
Since it is said to have just been revived, we are looking forward to next year's sake and beyond as well, as we may see more sakes that will show the hidden potential of this rice in the future.
