Another marriage has come and gone. I think we have a good chance to meet this year.
It has a fine sweetness and umami that is typical of Jikin, and the beautiful mouthfeel is superb.
Since it is Gohyakumangoku, it is not gorgeous and the taste is relatively calm, but you can still feel the sweetness, which I think is because of the careful sake making process.
Lately, I have been enjoying sweeter sakes as well.
I would be happy if I could have a chance to taste more Jigokin in the future. Especially nigori sake....
