I had no time to shop and grabbed one in a hurry. The lady at the cash register asked me, "Is this sweet sake okay?" I later looked it up and learned that it was a sake called "Kijoshu. It is indeed sweet! It looks like it would be better to drink a little with a snack than with a meal!

Long time no sake! This is the only one I bought, though it was a sake comparison project of the Hiroshima Fermentation Cooperative Research Association! It was crisp, dry, and perfect for summer!

Cho Oroku 2019 1 star ⭐. It goes in nicely but there's something unique about the flavor, I don't know how to describe it in my vocabulary. At least it was delicious!

PB sake from a local supermarket. I was surprised to find out that there is such a thing as PB for sake! It's been a long time since my relatives gathered at my parents' house for a drink. I like to drink alone, but it's also fun to drink in a crowd!

I got it at a famous liquor store in the suburbs of Tokyo for the New Year holidays. It was crowded and I didn't have much time to choose (*_*) 💨. When I took a sip, I felt a little tangy on my tongue and then a rich aroma! I think I'll be able to pass the New Year with great taste!

The first sip was sour, but then the aroma and sweetness spread and the finish was nice. It was one of the most impressive sakes I've ever had, and I'm very proud of it.

I found it at my local liquor store and bought it. It was a so-called "package deal", but it is very delicious with a moderately dry taste. It's a Tosa sake, so I guess it goes well with fish. Today we had it with shishamo smelt.

It definitely seems sweet and easy to drink. Maybe it's the sweetness of the kiwi? My wife, who doesn't usually drink sake, thought it was a sweet sake for girls. I thought it was just like that.

The first time I drank this drink. It is fruity and delicious. I had a strong image of Yamahai as a peculiar sake, but I didn't feel any peculiarity at all in this sake. But it's delicious anyway. It is indeed a famous brand. No doubt about it!

Junmai Ginjo of the high road It is refreshing to drink and goes well with food! I like the "Saketama" label because it makes me excited.
