I bought it because I wanted to drink sake from my hometown (Saitama Prefecture) soon, since I could see the end of my nationwide tour of claim handling from last November. Speaking of Saitama's sake, Hanayakuyo is popular these days, but I think Hanabishi should be more popular too. It has a definite umami and crispness, and a strong (quite strong) aroma of rice. The aroma is reminiscent of Ikumote-zukuri and Yamahai, but I think it's a little different. At any rate, it's delicious!

Mr. Omusubi. Thank you for your hard work in traveling all over the country. I also think that Kamekoharabishi is very good. (Personally, I also recommend Kagamiyama.) In Saitama, Kamikame is exceptional, but I don't think it would be surprising if it was followed by Hanayo-yoku.

Hello, Mr. Hiratcho! Kagamiyama is good too - it's a famous sake from Kawagoe! I think Igarashi (Tenranzan) is also good. If you look for it, Saitama also has very good sake.

On the way back from skiing, I saw the word "Yukijyojin" and bought it. It's been snowing a lot this year, but I haven't been able to stay overnight and have a party, so I've been solemnly skiing on day trips. The aroma before drinking is not very strong, but when you put it in your mouth, the flavor of the rice and the aroma like a barrel spreads at once. When you swallow it, it recedes at once, but it leaves a strong bitter taste. It is good to drink by itself, but this time I paired it with Mizutaki nabe, and it went well with it.

When I drank it overnight, the vanilla-like aroma was noticeable.

This is the last bottle I bought on a business trip to Okaya last November. It has a fine charcoal feeling. It has a weak sourness, a strong umami, and a little strong bitterness at the end. I think it is quite well put together. It can be drunk alone or as a sake during meals. I think it goes well with a variety of foods. This is a sake that you will drink too much of. I haven't seen it in any of the liquor stores near me, nor have I seen it in any izakaya, but the next time I see it, I want to repeat it.

This is the third consecutive Yobitomo. This is the last one. The last one, 18 years old, and the last one, 14 years old, were both brewed after I became an adult, but this one, 04 years old, was brewed when I was in high school. I took a sip while reminiscing about my high school days...it was too hard. I actually opened it a few days ago, but forgot to check in. Memories of my high school days (club activities were tough. I was in the rugby club. I still have a busted ear thanks to it). However, when I drank it again today after a little while, I felt it was quite mellow. When I remember the hard days now...no, it was still hard...lol Well, it's definitely a good memory. Now, back to the sake, I tried to combine it with umeboshi (pickled plums) as recommended by the liquor store owner, but it's not at the level where you can do anything with umeboshi. It seems to be too much sake for me now. It's the kind of sake I'd like to try again after a few years.

I bought this with a recent call friend. Today's is a 2014 while the last one was a 2018. The color is a little darker and the old sake feeling is stronger. But as always, the clarity and sharpness stand out! If you drink it after eating pickled plums as recommended by the owner, the old sake feeling and the strong sweetness will give you a kind of caramel feeling. It is an excellent sake to drink during meals, or to enjoy the taste of sake with pickled plums and pickles. I think it's a very good sake. However, it is a little hard on my pocket. (lol)

I bought it the other day on my way home from skiing because I liked the old sake feeling of Tenmei. It doesn't have much of an old sake feel because it was made in May 2018. What I feel more than anything is the great clarity and sharpness. I think it goes well with any meal. The owner of the sake shop told me to enjoy it with umeboshi, so I tried it with umeboshi and I could feel the sweetness strongly.

I bought it on a business trip to Okaya last November. It has a slight carbonation feeling. The flavor and sweetness are quite strong. But it is refreshing. If you taste it slowly by itself, you can feel the bitterness at the end. If you drink it while eating Mizutaki (Yuzupon), the bitterness will not remain and you will feel the flavor without disturbing the meal. This is really my favorite. It's delicious. I want to repeat it!

I bought it on the way back to Kagura to ski at the end of the year. The label says where I bought it...(^_^;) Well, the ginjo aroma is fragrant! It smells even better in the mouth! I can feel a slight thickening...I think. What should I pair this kind of thing with? Cream cheese was no good. Cold tofu is there. I guess it's easy to drink outside. I've got a bottle of this, so I'm going to think about what to pair it with tomorrow.

I also bought this at the tourist center next to Fukushima station. It is one year matured tea Tenmei. Even though it is aged for one year, the drinkability of Daiginjo is still there. However, it also has a deep and broad taste like aged sake. You can feel the umami firmly, but the sweetness and aroma like chocolate also comes afterwards. However, the taste clears up quickly. I'm drinking it cold today, but I'd like to try it lukewarm as well.

I opened the Kariho today that I bought on my business trip to Akita in December. The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma. It is a little bit scent. It's a bit like that. In the mouth, there is a slight gassy feeling, and the freshness stands out very much. However, after that, the rice flavor comes strongly, and it goes away easily. The way it comes out is typical of Akita. Oh, I want to go to Kawasan to drink it! Postscript When I started drinking it with cream cheese (Kiri), the ginjo aroma increased. It's like the Ginjo turned into Daiginjo. I can't wait to try it! I'm very happy with it.

I came back from my parents' house early and had a drink first. This is my favorite. It has a refreshing dry taste with the umami of the rice coming through. As stated in the description, the umami comes firmly from the beginning to the end. It also has a good acidity. At the end, there is a little bit of bitterness without leaving anything unnecessary. I bought a Yogo bottle on a business trip to the Ishwa Onsen area, but I should have bought an Ichimasu bottle.

I was wondering if it would be better to go at the beginning of the year because it is Suehiro, but I went on New Year's Eve to pray for the next year because it is to ward off the plague. I bought it at the tourist center of Fukushima station. It's a mild and dry sake. It goes well with anything and is easy to drink. I enjoyed it with nabe, wishing for the health of my family and myself (especially my liver).

I bought it at the tourist product center next to Fukushima station. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gas and the sweet and sour taste. It has a fresh and cool feeling. Fukushima's sake often has a grape-like aroma, and this one is no exception. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees. However, it doesn't have a sweet taste at all. To be honest, I would like to ask the brewer if it is really unpasteurized! I would like to ask the brewer if it is really unpasteurized. But it is delicious. It is a sake that can be drunk easily.

This is the second bottle of sake I bought on a business trip to Hokkaido. It's a sake made from "Comet", the best rice for sake brewing in Hokkaido. I've never heard of Comet before. There are many kinds of sake brewing rice. When you take a sip, it has the sourness and aroma of the Namamoto style. You can taste the umami, but I think the acidity is a bit stronger than the umami. The sharpness is also good. And at the end there is a bitter taste. At any rate, it is not a bad match with cotton tofu with ginger on it!

Otokoyama which I bought on a business trip to Hokkaido until yesterday. It was supposed to be shipped to the North American market, and it is popular as a VERY DRY sake there. When I drank it, it was indeed very dry. It is very clear and sharp. It's like a melon that hasn't fully ripened, or a melon with just a little bit of umami. Personally, I think this dry taste is too much, and I want to feel the flavor more. I was thinking that it might be good if I ate something light like albacore tuna as an entree, but what I was eating was chicken thigh meat and green onion. Or drink it like a beer to wash out your mouth.

Mellow and robust flavor, and a great cut. I must have bought it at random on a business trip to Akita, but it was a bargain! However, when I type in "Sataroku" in the Sake-no-Wa, I get "Kazuno Meishu", but the label says "Chitose Mori Shuzo Co. What does this mean?

I drank Uto at home with Itumen, which I drank last year at this time as well. I had the impression that the strong flavor and the ginjo aroma attacked me, but I didn't get the impression this year. Even so, the flavor and sharpness were solid. Last year I thought it was wonderfully overpriced, but this year it was worth the price!

I bought it on a business trip to Yamanashi. It has the roughness of a new brew with a slight fruitiness, the gasiness and heaviness of a unpasteurized sake, and a solid flavor. I regretted buying it in a #4 bottle, but I drank it at my parents' house.

After drinking a lot of No. 6 yeast on a week-long business trip to Akita, I wanted to turn it over and open up a No. 9 that I'd bought before and had been sitting in the fridge as fertilizer. It doesn't have much of a distinctive aroma until it's in your mouth, and the drink is rich and sweet, with a chocolaty brandy-like aroma at the end. The label says it should be served cold or lukewarm, so I guess I'll be lukewarm tomorrow... lol I'm looking forward to the lukewarm aroma!
