I bought it the other day on my way home from skiing because I liked the old sake feeling of Tenmei.
It doesn't have much of an old sake feel because it was made in May 2018.
What I feel more than anything is the great clarity and sharpness.
I think it goes well with any meal.
The owner of the sake shop told me to enjoy it with umeboshi, so I tried it with umeboshi and I could feel the sweetness strongly.
