After drinking a lot of No. 6 yeast on a week-long business trip to Akita, I wanted to turn it over and open up a No. 9 that I'd bought before and had been sitting in the fridge as fertilizer. It doesn't have much of a distinctive aroma until it's in your mouth, and the drink is rich and sweet, with a chocolaty brandy-like aroma at the end. The label says it should be served cold or lukewarm, so I guess I'll be lukewarm tomorrow... lol I'm looking forward to the lukewarm aroma!
