This is the last bottle I bought on a business trip to Okaya last November.
It has a fine charcoal feeling. It has a weak sourness, a strong umami, and a little strong bitterness at the end.
I think it is quite well put together.
It can be drunk alone or as a sake during meals.
I think it goes well with a variety of foods.
This is a sake that you will drink too much of.
I haven't seen it in any of the liquor stores near me, nor have I seen it in any izakaya, but the next time I see it, I want to repeat it.
