おむすび
I opened the Kariho today that I bought on my business trip to Akita in December.
The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma. It is a little bit scent. It's a bit like that.
In the mouth, there is a slight gassy feeling, and the freshness stands out very much. However, after that, the rice flavor comes strongly, and it goes away easily.
The way it comes out is typical of Akita.
Oh, I want to go to Kawasan to drink it!
Postscript
When I started drinking it with cream cheese (Kiri), the ginjo aroma increased.
It's like the Ginjo turned into Daiginjo.
I can't wait to try it! I'm very happy with it.
