The third day of drinking in Akita on a business trip. We had a drink comparison at Eiraku Shokudo (1,000 yen). It's the well-known No.6. I won't write a review this time because I'm sorry to mention my impressions. However, the proprietress offered us a free drink after the bill. I became a fan on my first visit.

I had a drink at the fish bar Shu of Kawabata on a business trip to Akita. The owner's recommendation, and the snack was a tataki of beef. It is Akita's sake. Delicious and spicy. It was bliss.

Mansukuri no Hana Aiyama 70 I bought it at the Matsuzaki Nakafuku store on my way home from my parents' house. As it was written on the back of the label, the quality of the sake was excellent with sweetness and flavor. It has a slight gasiness, as if it had been fired once. I drank it while eating Mizutaki nabe with ponzu sauce, and the flavor of the sake took over the nabe. I decided to buy it next time I saw it (lol).

I bought it at the Matsuzaki Shinjuku store. When you take it in your mouth, you can feel a slight thickening of the product. Is it my imagination? It's only a little bit of gas. The taste is not like "Takachiyo", but rather "Takachiyo". The taste is not like Takachiyo, but more like Takachiyo. Three days after I opened it, the thickening has become weaker and the sweetness and flavor are more noticeable instead. It's far tastier now than when I opened it.
