First time in Tenranzan. Melon-like sweet aroma. It has a strong acidity and freshness, with a slight sweetness like plum wine. Igarashi is also delicious, but Tenranzan is more peculiar and has a stronger sake flavor, which I prefer.

Freshly shiboritate kameguchi purchased at the Ishikawa Shuzo November Appreciation Day. The fruity, flowery aroma gently rises along with the zing of alcohol that is typical of freshly squeezed new sake. Ohhhh 🥹. This is delicious. Sweetness and acidity like cucumber and white grapes. The aftertaste is refreshing, yet lingering and makes you want to take another sip.

A bottle of Taman's pride. A bottle purchased at the monthly appreciation day. It is bottled to order. The sake is aged in cedar casks and then further flavored with cedar chips. The cedar gives the sake a peppery, spicy aroma when combined with the sake. I find the concept of barrel-aged sake very interesting, similar to the barrel aging of Western sake. And the best part is that it tastes great.

A cup of Taman proudly branded Tamaru sake. This bottle was purchased at Tamatebako, an antenna store in Haijima that collects good things from the Tama region. Despite the catchy label, it is a very tasty, royal road sake. It tastes like it could be enjoyed slightly warmed up.

Rokkasen pole thing. Ummm, yes? A sweet Junmai Ginjo, I guess... It didn't have much of an impact, so I was at a loss for reaction. I was expecting a stronger impact from the name. It's delicious, but... I was expecting something extremely fruity, or something with a lot of sweetness and acidity, or something that was clear to the end...

Sawanoi's dry nigori sake. Cheap and tasty, an honorable mention. It has a sweet aroma like yogurt. It is said to be dry, but the sweetness can be felt. The umami flavor comes out well, and it finishes refreshingly with a sense of effervescence and bitterness. This is one of my favorite bottles that I am glad to have encountered this year.

Taman's Zuiru Ao, which was purchased at the recent Fussa brewery opening. Refreshing aroma like an apple. It is full of sweet and sourness, fruity and juicy. It also has a pleasantly fizzy feel. It is also nice that the aftertaste has a strong sake-like quality. I would like to try all of them someday.

Tenmei's Nakadori Zero. I thought I didn't need to buy any more R6BY, but when I heard the news of its arrival, I still went out to buy it. This Zero is also made with Mizuho Kogane, a food-grade rice, as in the past. The aroma is fruity with a slight bitterness like grapefruit. The taste is not only sweet and sour, but also has a refreshing bitterness like grapefruit. Since I tasted it two days after opening the bottle, I got the impression that it was sweeter than usual. I was surprised at how little was left in the bottle when I opened it. I have felt that the Nakadori series is best enjoyed from No. 3 to No. 5, but I have the impression that No. 0 to No. 2 have also become very drinkable and catchy since the last quarter or so.

Special Junmai Betsuatsurai from Minami. This is a special junmai that has a fruity taste in the south. Pear type? The aroma is sweet and fruity. The taste is firmly based on the southern line, but it also has a fruity sweetness. It is a very southern yet not too southern taste, which is delightful and delicious.

I bought a bottle of Tamanjumo Hiyoroshi at Ishikawa Sake Brewery at the Fussa Kurabiraki event on the 9th. I bought new sake, but I really wanted to try hiyaoroshi as well, so I bought a small bottle. It has a sweet aroma and a shiny yellow color. It is a sweet, rich, royal road junmai hiyaoroshi.

I bought this Tanzan hiyaoroshi at Hakoneya Sake Shop as a souvenir from a day trip to Odawara. This sake has a characteristic flavor of mushrooms, smoked fish, or fallen leaves, which is not often encountered, and its bitterness spreads. It is a delightful autumnal flavor.

Junmai Shiboritate Nama-nama sake from Sawanoi. The aroma is a bit of an alcoholic tang. It is sweet and tasty, full of freshness, slightly tangy, and has the strength of freshly squeezed new sake. The first kumi of the honjozo was good, but this one is quite tasty as well.

Takashi drank at Odawara Kamaboko Dori Vitalization Council [Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 breweries]. This sake is also very tasty. It can be found at liquor stores in Tokyo from time to time. The last three were a fitting finale to the lineup. It was an enjoyable time.

This is the Morimasu we drank at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 Breweries". I think it was my favorite of the thirteen. The taste and aroma were mild, and it was the most delicious for the climate and my physical condition.

Junmai Ginjo Omachi from Sagaminada was served at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 Breweries". The taste and aroma were both outstanding. The third photo is a gelato from the gelato shop "Ryugu-do" at the reception desk. It is also very delicious.

Soga-no-Honor" was served at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 breweries". The snack was deep-fried mame-aji (horse mackerel). It was an exquisite dish, but the restaurant's response was quite disappointing. We were left waiting for about 20 minutes after entering the store. There were people waiting for takeout, new customers, souvenir buyers, people on ajiwai tours, and all sorts of people mingling in the store, but basically all were left alone. The explanation of the Ajiawai tour was also very vague.

Shirasasadzumi (photo right) drunk at Odawara Kamaboko Dori Vitalization Council [Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from all 13 breweries]. Details of the sake are unknown. This store is the birthplace of kamaboko, and the owner (?) is a senior employee of the store. The owner's senior brews Shiro Sasadzumi. The fish paste is excellent. The yellowtail hamburger steak with yuzu flavor is more than fish paste.
