Kikuyu was drunk at Odawara Kamaboko Dori Vitalization Council [Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from all 13 breweries]. I sometimes drink Ameyu, but this is the first time for me to drink Kikuyu. It was quite fruity and delicious. Is it a gin brewed sake? I wonder if there is a reason for the fruity aroma despite the fact that it is junmai?

Sawanoi's newest sake, junmai nama sake. The aroma is refreshing. Strong, just strong..." unintentionally leaks the line of the head of Aoba Junior High School. It is sweet and bitter with a long aftertaste. The endorsement of Sawanoi's sake expresses the flavor beautifully. I like it.

Taman Jugohon no Nigori Sake. I was told by the liquor store that it would take some time to open the bottle, but I was able to open it easily, probably because I was able to get the air out of the hole in the lid. I had mixed feelings of happiness and disappointment. It is a strong, sweet, but not overpoweringly so. It even has the texture of rice.

Haneya has been on my mind lately. I bought a bottle of Classic without knowing what the standard is. The aroma has a faint fruity sweetness. What a gentle taste. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are all soft. Although it is a Classic, it has a modern Japanese sake feel.

Sawanoi's new sake. Refreshing aroma like rum. It has a freshness typical of new sake with a strong astringent taste. I really wanted to drink it yesterday at the Ozawa Sake Brewery's brewery opening, but my schedule got crazy and I couldn't make it. However, I was very happy to find this sake in stock at Sanya in Asagaya. Even the honjozo is this tasty and beautiful. It's the best new sake I've ever tasted.

One of our treasured bottles, Kiyomasa's Autumn Leaves Oroshi. My favorite autumn sake from my favorite company, Kimasa. For a strong and solid Kimasa, it has a slightly fruity aroma, which is a pleasant betrayal. Melon type, maybe? I'm not sure if I'd like it warmed up or not. It tastes great cold. I have a feeling it would be great heated up, but I'm enjoying it so much in the cold sake stage... It's a very difficult taste.

It has been a long time since Yamaboshi. I was surprised to find a liquor store in my neighborhood stocking it. I have a memory of drinking it at the corner of a liquor store in Ebina and being impressed. It is a beautiful light nigori. The aroma is sweet and full of grain. Mmmm, it's delicious. This is good. I can't describe the taste. Let's see, is it sweet and sour like yogurt? It has a lot of umami, but the refreshing acidity and fine fizziness make it easy to enjoy. No, no, it is simply delicious.

Haneya was recommended to me at the liquor store. It was still hot and humid in the latter half of October, so I asked him if he would recommend a sparkling wine. When I opened the bottle, I was excited to see the fruity aroma and the way it popped when opened. The aroma was very sweet and fruity. Hmmm...? When I drank it, the fizziness was subdued. Or perhaps it is finer than anything I have ever tasted before. It has a fruity and fresh taste like a Japanese pear, and is extremely delicious. This is perfect for a humid day like today.

Ki no Autumn Sake, Fukamari. My favorite bottle. The sweet aroma of rice rises in the air. I wanted to drink it hiya first, but I had it cold. Even cold, it is delicious with a rich rice flavor. Next, we warmed it up. This is the best food sake. It's a great food sake, and the explosion of flavor makes me want to drink more sake and eat more snacks.
