I was afraid to drink it because I thought it was a whale, but it turns out that the island of Ojima in Lake Inawashiro is modeled after a whale. It has a mellow, mushroom-like aroma that is rare. This is delicious. I thought it might be sweet and sour, but I felt mushrooms and nuts in the aftertaste. This is delicious. I like this kind of richness.
