パーム農家
An original project sake of Ajinomatidaya in Nakano Ward, Tokyo, a sake for the summer heat, developed between summer and autumn sake. And it is my favorite Kisho from Akiruno City, Tokyo.
It has a sweet heady aroma like a mixture of melon and banana. The attack is smooth and sweet. The taste is quite rich. But strangely enough, after swallowing, it gives a light impression. This is probably due to the refreshing bitterness that lingers in the mouth.
What is this? Yes, it does feel light after swallowing. This sake has a mysterious charm.
