Kinzoku's Honjozo, freshly squeezed new sake. Moderate aroma. It has a strong gaseous taste, which is typical of honjozo, but with a hint of fruity flavor. But there is a hint of fruity flavor. Wow, Kinugi has a rather modern style. I thought it was a solid, robust sake.
