Today I was not able to purchase sake as much as I would have liked. The first sake shop we went to was closed for the day, and we didn't have time to stop by other shops. I had no time to stop by other liquor stores... Under such circumstances, I decided to at least buy something tasty that I could buy at the supermarket... so I bought a bottle of Selected Dry Yoshinogawa.
The aroma was a little sweet, yet refreshing. The taste is deliciously spicy, or rather, deliciously hot and spicy. It was a good decision to drink it cold. It may seem a little harsh when served cold. It is amazing that they can make a standard sake with aluzoe at a reasonable price and make it delicious.
