On October 9, I attended the Fukushima Sake Festival held in front of JR Shimbashi Station and purchased this Kunikon Yamahai Junmai Ginjo-shu as a souvenir.
It has a clean rice aroma with a hint of sweetness. The gentle sweetness and umami of rice spread pleasantly. Then, the strength that is typical of Kunigon follows, and it is sharp and crisp. I like Kunigon after all.
At the Fukushima Sake Festival, I had both the bronze and gold labels, and was reminded of their deliciousness.
