Ohmatsuzakura Hiyoroshi Junmai Genshu
Taste of traditional sake. Slightly peculiar. Firm and solid. A good sense of maturity. It has a nice mellow taste.
It is a cold-aged, pure rice ginjo from Gohyakumangoku.
The mouthfeel is clean and the umami is strong. Good balance. The sweetness may be on the strong side. It is very drinkable.
Chilled and grated
Good mouthfeel. Beautiful sake.
The elegant sharpness of the aftertaste is also good.
The umami is great! You can feel the sweetness of the rice.
