Just enough to put it on the top white paper and see the teri. No ori. The rice melted into the wine bottle again this year. It's a little acidic. The cork stopper said "DIAM 5" and I found out that it was a French company 🇫🇷"5" means 5 years warranty. I bought a magnum bottle this year. I'm looking forward to it!

No ori and no teri. I got a call about the arrival this afternoon, so I went to the store. Happy to be able to drink the sake I pressed yesterday! The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees, but the sweetness of the rice and the youthfulness of the freshly squeezed sake give it a tangy taste. We had sasa-kama (fish cake), oboro-tofu (tofu), and seafood chanko-nabe.

No orioles. Pale tannins. The aroma is like muscat. You say that you blended different rice polishing ratios, but I'm not sure. At what stage was the blend made? When was it aged in ice? I haven't had Sanbon since Gold a long time ago. I had yellowtail sashimi and crispy pork belly. It goes well with oily food.

I found out that it is a PE coated cork stopper made by Uchiyama Industry Co. I think this is the same company that makes the stoppers for Suntory's Hibiki and Royal.
