I got a call about the arrival this afternoon, so I went to the store.
Happy to be able to drink the sake I pressed yesterday!
The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees, but the sweetness of the rice and the youthfulness of the freshly squeezed sake give it a tangy taste.
We had sasa-kama (fish cake), oboro-tofu (tofu), and seafood chanko-nabe.
