There's no teri. Ori is like light snow. Oak aroma is strong. It was made in May, but it was well carbonated and had enough oomph to pop the crown off. It was so strong that the crown popped out of the bottle. Since it was getting cold, I paired it with chanko chicken hot pot. It was the first time I bought it in a bottle, so I wondered if I could enjoy the change in taste.

I had to put up with it for a while! I had a chance to try all kinds at CSW2022, and they were definitely better than a cup of sake! Ori is slightly fluttering. Teri is faintly present. The Hana-yosu of the same pineapple family is bright and shiny, but this one is more like Shanarishanari while wearing a gold brocade obi. I drank 4 or 5 cups of sake without any snacks! I've already had two cups of dry food alone! I'm afraid I won't be able to make it to the pot!

Caution on opening the bottle. I left it in the fridge for 3 days and gently opened the bottle, but it spilled. There is no teri. Oli is solid. It's highly carbonated, and I can see why it's packed in a champagne bottle? I can see why it is packed in a champagne bottle. But I wonder why it is a beer bottle crown instead of a cork stopper. The first day of CSW2022 was a beautiful day, but despite the rough weather on the second and third days, the sake lovers were able to attend the event and it was a great success. I hope next year's event will be held at a bigger venue!
