There's no teri. Ori is like light snow. Oak aroma is strong. It was made in May, but it was well carbonated and had enough oomph to pop the crown off. It was so strong that the crown popped out of the bottle. Since it was getting cold, I paired it with chanko chicken hot pot. I had to put up with it for a while! I had a chance to try all kinds at CSW2022, and they were definitely better than a cup of sake! Ori is slightly fluttering. Teri is faintly present. The Hana-yosu of the same pineapple family is bright and shiny, but this one is more like Shanarishanari while wearing a gold brocade obi. I drank 4 or 5 cups of sake without any snacks! I've already had two cups of dry food alone! I'm afraid I won't be able to make it to the pot!

The first day of CSW2022 was a beautiful day, but despite the rough weather on the second and third days, the sake lovers were able to attend the event and it was a great success.
