The bottle was opened a week ago. The taste has settled down and is becoming more coherent.
It has an acidic dryness similar to that of gin or champagne, but with a firm rice flavor in the middle.
The sharpness of the taste is super-fast and has no equal anymore.
It may lack a little more extract than the Kushira of previous years, but it is a quintessential taste.
