This is a truly local sake that can only be purchased at this store, which is a Yoshidaya Sake Shop original and was made by the brewer of "Sagata".
It is an aroma-driven sake, with white peach, lychee, and a little pear.
It ends with a unique finish that kicks in with a tea-like aftertaste.
Yoshidaya Sake Shop, not an easy place to visit, but it was very nice and retro‼️.
