Made with Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
The aroma is not so strong, probably due to the fact that the bottle was just opened at room temperature.
When you put it in your mouth, it has just the right amount of umami and sweetness. The balance is very good. As one would expect from Yamada-Nishiki.
I am looking forward to drinking this sake tomorrow and the day after. I will drink it at room temperature, but I might try to make love to it cold.
