I got an awesome one from my parents (^^)
A bottle in a paulownia box.
Sweet like honey and spicy like a prickle and sting.
When you swallow it, the latter is by far the most pronounced.
The impression is that the taste is not tart, but is well-balanced.
As an appetizer, I made a dish of beef, potatoes, onions, eggs and cheese with butter and curry powder 🐣
I'll take it with guilt, handsome.

The aroma is like sweet honey, yet the taste is surprisingly manly.
It has a stylish, dignified, light and dry taste.
I thought it would go well with a salty ocassion, so I hastily made a Chinese-style omelet based on the Ajigaoka recipe 🐣🐣

I'd like to have a drink at least this weekend.
Good work this week, and a special Junmai Ginjo.
100% Gunma-grown Maikaze is used.
Gentle aroma and faint sweetness, savory flavor and a slightly dry finish.
You can enjoy drinking at home without any snacks, instead of drinking barley tea and chasers.

温度をあげると、まったりととろみを楽しめる代物。
友人の手料理である鮭の塩焼き、だし巻き玉子、ホルモンのスパイシー炒めとともに。
