It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma, a slightly thickened yet surprisingly dry taste, and a crisp aftertaste. A happy launch while enjoying the Tokyo souvenirs my partner bought for me ^ ^.

My family gave me a nice Junmai Daiginjo as a gift from Kochi ^ ^. Since I went to the trouble, I chilled it to a crisp. It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma and a surprisingly tangy and spicy mouthfeel. Nevertheless, the sweet and beautiful flavor spreads gently in the mouth, and the aftertaste disappears leaving a slight spiciness. What a treat to enjoy with a donut from Miss Donut 🍩.

Vacation during the first half of Golden Week. I bought a bottle of Fukuoka's local sake at Kokura station and enjoyed it with my meal. It was so gentle on the palate that the sake went smoothly into the mouth and quickly absorbed the flavors of the food. The sweetness of the sake was elegant and did not interfere with the flavor of the food, making for a beautifully understated taste. Drinking at home to relieve fatigue from work. Since I was drinking alone, I chose a small amount that I could drink up. It has a full flavor of rice and a light, dry, crisp finish. Obon, I went back to my parents' house for the first time in a while! A refreshing blue bottle that was lying in the fridge ^ ^. The taste is quite peculiar, yet it lingers on in the mouth, a taste that is so-called "connoisseur's favorite". I will have it with a brown sugar doughnut stick, a Kumamoto souvenir 🍩.

My last trip home before moving. I unearthed a bottle of sake I received a year ago from the vegetable room. The moment I opened the cork, it was overflowing.
