My family gave me a nice Junmai Daiginjo as a gift from Kochi ^ ^.
Since I went to the trouble, I chilled it to a crisp.
It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma and a surprisingly tangy and spicy mouthfeel. Nevertheless, the sweet and beautiful flavor spreads gently in the mouth, and the aftertaste disappears leaving a slight spiciness.

Vacation during the first half of Golden Week.
I bought a bottle of Fukuoka's local sake at Kokura station and enjoyed it with my meal.
It was so gentle on the palate that the sake went smoothly into the mouth and quickly absorbed the flavors of the food.
