Rumiko in Autumn (Junmai sake Rumiko's sake Ise Nishiki Akiagari) Moriki Sake Brewery (Mie) Respected female master brewer Aki-agari made by Rumiko I bought it in September and let it sit in my closet for about two and a half months. I let it sit in the closet for about two and a half months Now it's time to open the bottle! I wondered how the aroma would be since it had been sitting in the closet for so long. I wondered how the aroma would be.., But thanks to the use of Kumamoto yeast It has a gorgeous aroma! You can drink just from the aroma alone. The longer it sits, the rounder it becomes. It's mellowed out and has a mild taste. I paired it with a curry pot with soup stock. Sweat and sake go together. As expected of Rumiko-san!
