Strong throat sensation! The flavor that surges out of the mouth! It is said to be 😱. Colorless Fruit punch 🤛 pineapple 🍍 strong! A little bit strong and alcoholic 😱. Too rich 😱 It's like a whiskey 🥃 to my senses! I drank it on the rocks and sipped it 😋.

A sweet and tasty drink 🍶. When I say sweet, I don't mean fruity sweetness, but the sweetness of rice 🍚. The more you chew, the sweeter it is. I don't have to choose what to eat with it. It went well with all of the side dishes my mom made 😋. It's like the delicious rice (🍚) became sake (🍶) as it is. Even my granddad (who is quite an old man) drank it, forgetting his age and saying "yummy, yummy" 🤣.

The top tank was filled in April 2022 and the production in October 2022, so it has a great sense of maturity. It is sweet and full of flavor. ‼️ I paired it with hot sake and hot pepper tofu. It was a winning combination!

5/10 Muscat honey 🍯 - acidity comes later - a bit bitter (not caramel type) Dessert 🍨 wine - slightly sweet impression. 5/12 None of the sweetness I felt on the first day ❗️ Clear 😋. Elegant muscat - a gentle lingering feeling 😋. It's like an elegant, sweet caramel 🤤. 5/16 The aroma is so aromatic 😍. Pear🍐 & melon🍈 with a little plum 🤤. It was the best 😍.

A cup of Mandai sake 🍶. It is sweet and thick 🤤. Steamed sweet potato🍠, with bitterness from rice🌾. Jeez.... Deep. What a sake 🍶! Cup sake is really delicious these days 🤤. I can't deny that it smells like an uncle, but if a young person was drinking it, I would hug him with all my might 🤣🤣🤣.

It's the Kikusui brewery's limited edition 🍶. Fruit punch (do they still have it?) It's like a pineapple🍍 strong ❗️ 21°😳 It's a very rich and thick sake 🍶. I drank it on the rocks and it was delicious 😋. Forgot to take a picture though 🤣

It is a Hokuto Hyakusaiken 🍶. Slightly yellow-greenish in appearance. Muscat, pear🍐, sweet caramel, cocoa-y. Bitter is a strong honey🍯. In the second half, the dead grass or peanut🥜 skin comes😋. It's quite a strong drink 🍶. It's the kind that goes "mellow" in your mouth 🤤. My impression is that it's more like Iwasan Ryozanha ‼️ than Hokuto Hyakusaiken! I don't know 🤣

Nissha Musou Junmai 60 Slightly yellow to green? It has a delicious flavor of melon, strawberry, and rice 🍓. It has a great balance between the gusto and the beautiful feeling 👍. The sweetness and umami goes up a lot as the temperature goes up. We had a luxurious saké time while listening to Mr. Toji Kusaka's talk on Insta-LIVE 😍. Thanks to Masu-kun and Chii-chan of Hands-on SAKE for providing this project 😊.

Toyo Bijin Junmai Ginjo🍶. A combination of pear, lychee, banana, and bitter, complex flavor 😋. I want to pair it with dishes that have a strong flavor. On the day, it went great with tempura with sansho & salt 🤤.

Jikin Omachi Nama Sake It's like a combination of pear and peach! It's as good as you'd expect and I can't say enough about it 👍 It's easy to match with food and it's wonderful 🤤.

It is Isshaku Suisei Miso Nishiki Junmai Ginjo. It has a thick texture. It's a melon-like fruit, but it's hard to describe 😕 I'm still ashamed of my lack of vocabulary 😭 It goes without saying that it is delicious 😋🍶.

This is Isobachiman's freshly squeezed Honjozo sake🍶! It is a melon-like sake and the aroma through the nose is honjozo. It is a very well-balanced sake that you can drink all the time 😋.

I didn't want to drink a lot that day, so I got an aluminum can of Kikusui, an ace sake with a lot of guts. I got an aluminum can of Kikusui ❗️ It's 19 degrees 😅. That's why it comes with a big thump ‼️ lol By the way, what is the classification of this sake? Is it a regular sake?

Sake you can drink every day 🍶. I don't get much of a ginjo aroma, but it's a "this is so good!" cup of sake: ☺️ It's like a young, hard pear, but it has a good rice flavor too. It's great at room temperature and goes with everything 🍶🤤.

It's like a combination of lychee, pear 🍐, and melon 🍈 divided by 3🍶 caramel😋. And I wonder if it leaves a pungent aftertaste. The aroma that escapes from my nose is like a wooden barrel. By the way, if I were to describe it figuratively..., It is a sake that expresses the moment when the king of the high road, the king of fists, came to know the love of Yulia and became a man, Raoh. I don't know what that means. ➡︎ I don't get it 🤣

The color is a clear light yellow 🟨. The attack is mild - a little caramel and peanuts (🥜), and the base is the flavor of rice (🌾). The day after opening, pear 🍐 & melon 🍈. A little pluminess showed up towards the end: ☺️

Attack is gentle fruit 🍋. Ginjo aroma is also gentle ☺️ Uri🍈 to green apple🍏 caramel appears as the temperature rises. Delicious and elegant food sake 🍶. In my opinion, it's the best everyday drink🙆 Three days after opening. Gently rounded. I have the impression that the sake is like a little flower 🍶☺️
