Good sake is Yoshinogawa Everyone in Niigata knows this sake, right? It is an ideal food sake with a great balance of spiciness, umami, and acidity 🍶. The umami comes from the rice 🌾. Just opened and "delicious" sake 🍶. Slightly yellowish green. Slightly yellow-green, with a nice acidity (plum, peach, lychee). (It's like ➗3 (plum, peach, lychee) ❓ and a bit of caramel on the finish. When the temperature goes up, it's like a fruit 🍋 but I can't find a way to describe it 😅. But the base is firmly rice 🌾. Two days after opening. It's quiet at the moment of consumption, but it's getting closer and closer as it's being consumed. ⭕️ The caramel taste at the end is like I want to put it on pudding 🍮... 🤤.

Rice with young melon🍈🌾‼️ Clear and dry, no waste 🍶. The soy sauce flavored simmered rice matched well with the rice 🤗. If the temperature rises, the rice is inevitably sweet and tasty, and the rice 🍚. A perfect sake for daily evening drink 🍶. It has a light milkiness and a savory flavor when heated up. I would recommend lukewarm heating. As it cools down, it becomes spicier. Really, easy to match with anything. ☺️

Slightly yellowish Slightly thick Lychee, Pineapple, Peach, Elegant sweetness, then a bit of bitterness, and then it is cut off. It was exquisitely delicious 😋. The label is cool, and the toji Kusaka who makes this sake is super cool: ‼️ So I drank it all up in no time 💦. I didn't have time to enjoy the changes in taste 😅.

I opened it on 6/8 and drank it over the course of about a week 🍶. It turned into pineapple🍍 honey🍯 day by day. But no sweetness at all ❗️ it cuts through quickly ☺️ Hana Yuu👍 as expected. It went beautifully with my Niigata souvenir Salad Hope (no picture 🤣) 😄

This was seriously delicious ‼️ Woody aroma 🌲, plum, lychee - caramel, with a pepper 🌶️ finish and a minerality on the finish 🤤. The base is a sweet and tasty rice one that looms up with every temperature rise ⤴️ Thanks for the lovely drink 😊

This brewery, Sakurada Sake Brewery, was also damaged on New Year's Day 😢. We were allowed to drink the precious sake that survived in the damaged factory. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️ The sweetness of the rice is so strong, it's like eating freshly cooked rice 🍚. A little fruitiness, but still rice 🍚🤤. When I heated it up, the spiciness added to the depth of the sake. ‼️ It was delicious. ‼️‼️ I know the road to recovery is far from over, but I will drink Noto's sake and travel to Noto someday.

Opened 6/10 The color is slightly yellow. It has a muscat-like aroma with a hint of dead leaves. When I tasted it at the store, I thought it was young, but on this day, the impression was completely different, it was mellow and fuller. It went well with root vegetables 😋.
