8/16 Open!
Yummmm!
Sweet and delicious! This is what I call it!
This is what you get when you concentrate the sweetness and deliciousness of rice, right? It's not a fruit, it's definitely rice.
It's not a fruit, it's definitely the sweetness of rice 🌾.
Naturally, there is no sweetness at all🤤.

Sweet and delicious!
Is it a mix of ripe peaches and figs?
Fruit 🥭MIX
It starts off with a gentle sweetness, but the sweetness rises in your mouth. Then the caramel appears and disappears quickly 🍶.
It went well with fish 🐟& burdock cooked in sweet & spicy sauce, and broccoli🥦 with mayo & soy sauce 🤤.
A little bit of schwarziness.
Momo🍑 and strawberries🍓 boiled down. And finally, caramel 🤤.
It was such a Junmai Daiginjo that goes well with meat 🍖 dishes 😊.

Indescribably delicious! Full of umami!
Complex umami of rice 🌾.
It reminds me of melon, but not melon.
And when it cools down, it has a pleasant milky taste.
Simply delicious 😋.
(banana🍌➕ pineapple🍍➕ yellow peach) ➗3
And the base sweetness is the rice 🌾 itself, the moment I swallowed it, that of the rice came to me in a gulp.
Seven days after opening. It became melon🍈 honey🍯. And it also has some kind of honjozo-like punch🤛.
The more you drink it, the stronger the flavor becomes 🍶. The more you drink it, the stronger the flavor becomes,
It is a special junmai, but it gives the impression of "the sake" like a honjozo.
It is a special junmai, but it also has a fruity taste. It's a young melon 🍈 and has a nice sharpness. ‼️
Three days after opening. The young melon has turned into a beautiful honey. But it also has a honjozo (sake) feel to it.
Good sake is Yoshinogawa
Everyone in Niigata knows this sake, right?
It is an ideal food sake with a great balance of spiciness, umami, and acidity 🍶.
The umami comes from the rice 🌾. The acidity is from the melon family.
The day after opening.
It became full of umami in all directions 🤗.
The melon is like a melon.
When it was heated up, the spiciness was added and the taste was superb 🍶.
Just opened and "delicious" sake 🍶.
Slightly yellowish green.
Slightly yellow-green, with a nice acidity (plum, peach, lychee). (It's like ➗3 (plum, peach, lychee) ❓ and a bit of caramel on the finish.
When the temperature goes up, it's like a fruit 🍋 but I can't find a way to describe it 😅.
But the base is firmly rice 🌾.
Two days after opening.
It's quiet at the moment of consumption, but it's getting closer and closer as it's being consumed. ⭕️
The caramel taste at the end is like I want to put it on pudding 🍮... 🤤.
