It's so good! White peaches🍑 and strawberries🍓2 The acidity flows through it. The rice is sweet and has a nice sharpness! Wonderful hiyaoroshi! Purasu Tobikiri heated up totally good! Milkiness, complex umami, and just the right amount of caramel! Gachi-yami! Caramelized as it cools down: ⤴︎
