The melon-like aroma comes through gently, and the moderate sweetness is enveloped by the acidity. The umami can also be felt well, making it a sake that you can't stop drinking on its own.
I like it very much.
Although there is nothing particularly assertive about it, it has a very good balance of aroma, sweetness, flavor, and acidity, and always gives a sense of stability, whether on its own or with a meal.
This is the kind of sake that makes me think that many people in Fukushima are like this.
Just as it says on the label on the back.
The aroma is restrained and citrusy, I don't know if it's like a Japanese sword, but it's not half as sharp as it sounds: 🗡️

It has a moderate aroma and a clean aftertaste, and is like a food sake that can be easily paired with anything.
Or rather, it is brewed with water from my hometown, so naturally it goes well with water! It's hard to find, so when I see it, I can't help but grab a bottle.

I can taste the bitterness in the aftertaste right after opening the bottle, but after a couple of days, it becomes more Yakult-like and has a gentle sweetness to it.
