It is frankly delicious. If the price is reasonable, it is the kind of sake that you would want to drink casually. It is the kind of sake that you would drink without hesitation and without being self-conscious about it. I like this one better as a food sake. It has a moderate umami flavor, but I think I like it to be refreshing.

I haven't seen many ginjos that are super dry, come to think of it. It's like a Super Dry, it just disappears. For better or worse, it is a food sake. But I don't think it will leave a lasting impression that this sake is delicious.

It is also fruity. It has a mellow taste as it has the name "soft" in it. It has a strong sake taste when it is put on the palate, so it may not be good for those who don't like it. I am not that good at it either.

It tastes a little fruity, but overall it has a calm taste. The rice polishing ratio of 70% may have something to do with it, but the overall flavor is umami. It has the feel of a local sake, for better or worse. It is not to my taste.

My favorite flavor! Sweet taste! It's burnt caramel, 🍮. I was so happy when I was told that there was a dewdrop in Kumamoto! I was so happy to be able to answer immediately 🐻. We finished with eel and eel liver skewers!

I was drinking a paca and they let me drink the one they didn't have in the fridge! At first I thought it was sweet, but the spiciness started to catch up with me! But I guess I should drink sweet sake only... I don't like dry sake...

Great rice flavor,, a little fizzy, lactic acid, wonderfully mellow. Strong umami as well. It was my favorite of the day. Served with the famous Dote-ni!
