I've been wanting to drink this for a long time since I read the manga "Sake and love should be drunk", but I couldn't find it until I won the lottery and finally found it❤️. I've been wanting to drink this for a long time. Of course, it's not too sweet, not too sour, fruity? refreshing? It's not too sweet of course, but not too sour either.

Since we got grilled conger eel and sashimi in Awaji Island, we decided to have a sake also from Awaji Island, so tonight's sake was Miyako Bijin Miracle Rose. It's fluffy and fruity, just like white wine... I want to say ❤️, but the unique aroma of rice bran in the air gives it a sake feel.

I've always wanted to drink Chiyogiku LIFE because I've heard that it's a lemon-like sake, and I found it at Yamaya 👀I can barely taste the sweetness, it's just really sour🍋What goes well with this sake? Yesterday, I had a bowl of conger eel. It was a little different. Today it's Japanese style grated hamburger steak. It's not bad at all ️Tomorrow we're going to have Akinatana fish. Maybe it will go well with it.

I was planning to open a bottle on the day of the menu that goes with this sake (it's my first Shinsei Cosmos, so it's just my imagination), but I didn't have a chance to open it... Finally, I thought this is it❗️Yaki Anago from Akashi. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great way to start the day.

I fell in love with the cute apple 🍎 bottle at first sight❤️The shop owner also told me that even though they don't use any apples, it️ tastes like apples, so I opened the bottle looking forward to it. I've been wanting to try Yamamoto ❤️Midnight Blue and Strawberry Red and I wasn't sure which one to buy, but I chose this one because of the sweet and sour first kiss taste. It's not sour, but rather a refreshing and sweet drink. I liked the little bitterness that comes at the end.

I wanted to drink sparkling sake and this time I selected Futaragi's Usu-Nigori Sparkling ❤️The sweetness of the rice comes out and the dry aftertaste like a dry white wine comes out quickly. It's delicious!
