Cute label🌸 Spring sake is ⤴︎ excited just by the label, and when you open the bottle, it makes a nice popping sound. The sourness of this sake is very appealing❤️The subtle sweetness is a nice touch.
I've been looking forward to the Akatake SAKURA🌸 since before it went on sale, and it's a lovely, sweet sake💕I only have one regret. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has a problem with that.
My favorite is this Umenishiki. It's not a sake but a rich western wine. It has a deep and thick taste, but it also has a refreshing sharpness. It's a great drink to compare!
Mmmm ️Delicious ❤️First time I drank this was SNOW and this is my second bottle of NEWBORN. This is my second bottle of NEWBORN. It has a gorgeous aroma and my favorite sweetness and cleanliness. I love this one too.
Pretty peach-colored sake 💖 gentle sweetness and sourness, easy to drink! When I️muddle the lees, it reminds me of the amazake I drank on Hina Matsuri when I was a kid. I wish I could have paired it with chirashi sushi. Today, I served it with a bowl of vegetable kakiage with lots of red ginger. It goes well with kakiage too!
The sourness is the first thing you can feel in the sake😊It's clean, but also has a liquor feeling. I paired it with beef curry today. I thought it wouldn't go well with it, but surprisingly it didn't feel out of place. It's an easy sake to pair with everyday meals.
It's fruity and easy to drink👍️It's easy to pair with food ️I just find it hard to drink for me unless I pair it with food. It's not the type of drink that can be enjoyed by itself. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm going to try it. It's a great match with sushi.
I️love this one, it's just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, with a slight pizzazz. I like it so much❤️I should have bought another bottle. Easy to pair with food! Today with mackerel sushi, pork shabu & gyoza nabe.
